Swim Team Conditioning
For: Swim Team Members who are looking to develop dryland skills/strength through exercises and conditioning of which benefit the overall performance of a swimmer! We focus on creating a positive environment to encourage team work, leadership and support. Running shoes required!

Learn to Swim
For: Swimmers ages 3+ Mulitiple levels provided to aid in the beginner swimmer to the advanced swimmer.
Each swimmer will be accessed and instructed to "their" ability. Tiny Tot classes are for 3-5 year olds with a max of 3 swimmers/class. Beginner classes are for 5 years and older (max of 5/class) where as our Intermediate classes are for the swimmer who is looking to perfect their strokes to swim more efficiently (8 swimmers/class)
Parent and Child classes
For: 6months-2 years old 45 min of:
Early exposure, Water Exploration, water games
Jacuzzi available on colder days to practice skills
$20/class drop in or $150 for 10 classes
(punch card expires at the end of season)
